Your company information

Company information is what appears on your invoices. Most of it is the same everywhere; the Dominican Republic adds a tax identifier and the way you issue fiscal receipts.

  1. Open Company information

Profile, My business, Company information. This entry exists in every country.

  2. Fill in the general details

Legal name is required, along with the address. Trade name, municipality and province are there too. An empty form is normal on a business that has never filled this in — it opens blank and ready.

  3. Outside the DR, that is all

You can save without a tax identifier, and nothing about fiscal issuing appears. That section is Dominican only.

  4. In the DR, add your RNC and regime

A Dominican business also needs its RNC or cédula — 9 or 11 digits, and required — plus its tax regime and a default tax rate.

Typing an RNC looks it up against the DGII register: found, it fills in your legal name; not found, it says so without blocking you.

  5. Choose how you issue receipts

Three cards to pick from in one scroll: none, traditional NCF, or e-CF. The selected one is outlined, and Save stays fixed at the bottom of the screen.

    Choose how you issue receipts
  6. Register your authorised NCF blocks

Choosing traditional NCF reveals the sequence blocks section. Add a block with its expiry — the date picker only accepts future dates — and it appears as a card with its type, status, range, how many are left and when it expires.

An overlapping range is refused with a clear message rather than being accepted quietly.

  7. Remove a block you have not used

Deleting asks you to confirm. A block that has already issued documents cannot be deleted, and the app explains why.

  8. Save

Saving confirms with a short message. In the Dominican Republic the form will not save until the RNC is filled in.
