The Reservations tab is your day. It shows only what is still live; anything finished moves to your history. That is the single thing that confuses people most, so it is worth knowing up front.
Open the Reservations tab
It opens on today, with a month-and-year calendar. Days that have appointments are highlighted.

Pick a day
Tapping a day lists its appointments with the client, the service and the time. Use the arrows to move between months.
Know what the list shows
Only confirmed and in-progress bookings appear in the main list. Anything cancelled, completed or marked absent disappears from the tab entirely.
Finished bookings are not lost — they are in Profile › My reservation history.
Check the pending badge
The floating button carries a count of everything waiting on a confirmation: bookings you made that are waiting on the client, and bookings a client made that are waiting on you — typically the cash ones.

Open the pending list
Tapping the badge opens the unconfirmed reservations in a window.
Confirm one
Confirming moves the booking to confirmed and it appears in the main list for its day. It does not jump straight to in progress.
Or reject it
Rejecting cancels the booking. A cancellation by the business never charges the client anything — the late-cancellation penalty only applies when the client cancels.
Open a booking for the detail
Tapping one opens a window with the client, the services, the totals and the actions available in its current state.
An at-home booking is marked as such, and the client's location reference is reachable from here.
Add it to your own calendar
The detail offers to add the appointment to your phone's calendar with the right title, date and time.
Read the client's notes
If the client left notes when booking — a mask, a baby, a language — the detail has a view-notes option.
Pull down to refresh
Dragging the calendar down reloads the month you are looking at.
