The Reservations tab gives you a monthly calendar view where days with bookings are highlighted. You'll see confirmed reservations grouped by date, showing each client's name, avatar, time, and services. A floating badge alerts you to unconfirmed reservations that need your attention, tap it to confirm or decline.
Each reservation detail shows the full picture: a map of the location, service type (local or delivery), payment method (card, cash, DaviCoins, or promo), time window, agent assigned, individual service pricing, and any notes or promotions applied. Action buttons let you confirm, cancel, or add to your device calendar with a 30-minute reminder.
Reservations follow a clear status flow: Unconfirmed → Pending → Ongoing → Completed (or Cancelled/Absent). Enable auto-confirm in settings to skip manual approval. Cancellation fees apply automatically, clients who cancel within 3 hours of their appointment are charged a 20% fee on card payments, protecting your schedule.
When a reservation is completed, a finance record is created automatically in your earnings. If a coin-based promotion was active, you and the client are notified of earned DaviCoins. You can also suggest reservations to regular clients, send a booking suggestion with a specific service and time, and they can confirm with one tap.
