The Clients tab is your customer book. Opening a client gives you everything about them in one window — and the fastest way to make a booking for someone standing in front of you.
Open the Clients tab
The third tab. Clients are grouped alphabetically with their name, phone and photo on each card.
Search for someone
The search box filters the list as you type. Clearing it brings everyone back.
Open their profile
Tapping a client opens their profile over the list — their details, their DaviCoins balance, their reservation history with you, and a booking form.
Fix their name if it is wrong
You can edit the name from here. The change shows in the profile header and on their card in the list, and it sticks.
Call them
Tapping the phone number opens your phone's dialler with their number already entered.
Check their history
The history in a client's profile is theirs alone — the bookings that client made with you, not everyone's.
Book for them
The form in their profile creates a reservation in that client's name. It appears under their name and they see it as theirs in their own app.
Make sure you are in the right client's profile before you book. The reservation belongs to whoever's profile you are in.
