Read the contact block
Phone numbers are listed with their country, and the one for your country comes first. Tapping a number opens your phone's dialler.
Send an email
Tapping the email row opens your mail app with the support address already in place.
Use the chat when it is available
When chat is switched on, a chat card appears and opens a conversation. When it is off the card is simply absent, which is correct.
