Offers and promotions are not the same thing, and the difference matters. An offer lowers a service's price. A promotion gives coins or shows a banner. If you want a customer to pay less, you want an offer.
Open My offers
Profile, My business, My offers. Existing offers are listed per service with the discount and the dates they run.
Tap create
The add button opens the offer form. An empty list shows the same option in its empty state.
Pick the service and the reduced price
An offer belongs to one service. Set what the customer will pay while it runs.
Choose a date range, or recurring days
A range makes the offer valid between two dates. A recurring offer activates on the days and times you configure — every Tuesday, for instance.
A customer picking a day your recurring offer does not cover sees the normal price. That is the offer working, not a bug.
Save it
The offer takes effect and the service shows its reduced price to customers, both in your catalogue and at their checkout.
Edit or delete it
Editing opens the form with the current values. Deleting asks you to confirm first.
