A campaign is how you tell customers about something. It does not create the something — a discount campaign announces an offer that already exists on a service. The wizard walks you through it and shows you the result before it goes out.
Open Marketing campaigns
Profile, My business, Marketing campaigns. Two tabs: Create and History.
Pick a template
Eight to choose from: discount, cashback, seasonal, referral, loyalty, new service, event and reactivation. A progress bar shows how far through the wizard you are.

Discount campaigns announce an existing offer
The discount template lists the services that already have an offer, showing the saving worked out from the offer price. There is no discount field to fill in — the discount belongs to the offer, not the campaign.
If no service has an offer there is nothing to announce. Create the offer first.
Choose who it goes to
Customer segments are shown with a count of how many people are in each.
Choose how it goes out
Pick the channel — SMS, push notification, email and so on.
Add a banner image
Upload an image and it previews in place.
Preview it
The last step shows the campaign exactly as customers will see it. You can go back through the wizard without losing what you entered.
Send it
Sending dispatches the campaign, and it appears at the top of the History tab.
