This is the short version of everything else in this section. By the end you will have the app installed, an account you can sign back into, and a home screen showing the kind of businesses you actually care about.
Install Davinote
Search for Davinote in the App Store or Google Play and install it. There is also a web version if you would rather not install anything.
Open the app and look around
Davinote opens straight onto the home screen. You can browse businesses and look at their services without an account — you only need to sign in when you want to book something.
Create your account
Tap the sign-in option and then Create account. You fill in one screen: name, surname, username, email, phone and password, plus a profile photo.
The profile photo is required, not optional. The form will not let you continue without one.
Pick five favourite categories
Right after you register, Davinote asks you to choose exactly five categories — hair, barber, nails, massage and so on. This is what your home screen is built from.
Answer the two permission prompts
The app asks for location, so it can show businesses near you, and for notifications, so it can tell you when a reservation is confirmed. Both are optional and the app works without them.
If you say no to location, Davinote keeps working — you just search by name or category instead of seeing what is nearby.
You land on your home screen
From here you can search, browse the map, open a business and book. The four tabs along the bottom are Home, Explore, Reservations and Promotions.
