Everything in Partners hangs off four tabs and one profile button. The fourth tab catches people out, so it is worth reading this before hunting for something.
Reservations is the first tab
It opens on a calendar. Days with bookings are highlighted; tap one to see that day's reservations, and use the arrows to change month.
This is where the app lands when you sign in.
Finances is the second
It has three sub-tabs across the top: Earnings, Expenses and Financial history.
Clients is the third
Your customers, grouped alphabetically, each with their name, phone and photo. The search box filters as you type.
Services is the fourth — and it is not yours
This tab is the explorer for other businesses on Davinote: categories, popular businesses, search and a cart. It is where you book as a customer.
Your own catalogue is somewhere else entirely: Profile › My business › My services.
The badge on Reservations
A number on the reservations calendar means bookings are waiting for you to confirm. Tapping it opens them in a list.
The bell is your to-do list
The bell in the header opens the action centre: everything outstanding about your business — no services yet, no portfolio, no opening hours, card payments not set up, a promotion you could join.
The bell only appears when something is outstanding. No bell means nothing to do, which is correct and not a fault.
Tapping an item takes you there
Each item opens the screen that fixes it. The exception is the promotion item, which joins the promotion on the spot rather than navigating anywhere.
It opens on its own, but not constantly
The action centre appears by itself at most once a day. A brand new item makes it appear straight away rather than waiting for the next day.
Closing it leaves you where you were, and it will not reopen by itself in the same session. The bell always reopens it, recalculated.
