Completing a reservation records its earning for you automatically. This screen is for everything else — cash work, a supplier invoice, anything the app did not see.
Open the Finances tab
The second tab. Three sub-tabs run across the top: Earnings, Expenses and Financial history.

Read the Earnings list
Each card shows the client, the amount, the date and the payment method, with the period total in the footer.
Add an earning
The add button opens a form that starts with the client. Pick a known client from the selector, or switch to typing a name for someone who is not in your list.
Let the amount calculate itself
Choosing services adds their prices up into the amount. You can then type over the total without losing the services you picked.
Add tax and a note if you need to
A tax checkbox reveals a rate field, and unchecking it hides the field again. The note is optional and has a character counter that turns red if you go over.
Register it
The register button stays disabled until the form is valid. Submitting creates the earning and it appears in the list without a manual refresh.
Record an expense
The Expenses sub-tab works the same way. Its form has a supplier selector drawn from your favourite businesses, with their services and prices — choosing one fills the amount in.
If the supplier list comes back empty, the form still works: there is a manual supplier mode.
Delete a record
Either list lets you remove an entry, and it goes from the app and from your records.
Use the Financial history
Set a start date and an end date and the list shows everything in that range, grouped by date, with the total in the footer.
Export it as a PDF
The footer has an export button that generates a PDF of the range, with dates formatted for your language.
Open a receipt
An income record offers a view-receipt option that opens its signed PDF.
