Settings is short but consequential: two of these change how your business behaves towards customers, not just how the app looks.
Open Settings
From your profile.
Choose your time format
12 hour or 24 hour. It changes how times are written throughout the app.
Change the language
English, Spanish, French or Italian. The app restarts itself, the splash covers the restart and clears on its own, and you come back to Settings in the new language with the selector showing it.
Set your default tax
A percentage from 1 to 99. It preloads the tax field in your Finances forms when you tick the tax box, so you do not type it every time.
Turn on auto-confirm, if you want to
With auto-confirm on, new reservations are confirmed automatically instead of waiting in your pending list.
Think about this one. It means a cash booking is accepted without you looking at it first.
Use vacation mode to go quiet
The visibility switch uses vacation wording. On, your business stops being visible to customers, your profile badge stops saying active, and the action centre shows vacation as information. Off, you are visible again.
It is the same switch as the one on the Opening hours screen — they mirror each other. The information button explains what it does.
Keep your session, and pick favourite categories
Settings also holds the keep-signed-in option and a favourite categories picker.
Delete the account, at the very bottom
An owner deleting their account deletes the business with it, after a confirmation. An employee deleting theirs leaves the business.
