Booking on Davinote follows a simple 5-step flow. First, browse the services tab on a business profile and add what you need to your cart. You can combine multiple services into a single booking, for example, a haircut and a beard trim in the same appointment.
Next, select a date from the calendar. Days when the business is closed are greyed out. Then choose your agent, you'll see all available employees for your selected date, with your favorite agents appearing at the top. Each agent shows their open time slots, so you can pick the one that works best.
At checkout, review your full booking: services, agent, date, and time. You can optionally apply a promotion code or add notes for the business. Choose your payment method, credit card, cash, DaviCoins, or promo credits, and confirm. You'll receive an instant push notification once the business confirms your appointment.
After booking, track your reservation status in the Reservations tab: Pending, Confirmed, Ongoing, Completed, or Cancelled. Need to change plans? You can modify or cancel directly from the app. Once your service is completed, you'll be invited to leave a review and earn DaviCoins as a reward.
