Two different things share the word referral: your code, which you give away, and somebody else's code, which you can redeem once. They live in different places in the app.
Find your code in My referrals
Profile, then My referrals. Your personal code is shown along with how many people have used it and what you have earned.
Copy it or share it
Tap to copy the code to your clipboard, or use the share button to send it through WhatsApp, a message, or anything else on your phone.
Redeem someone else's code
Back in Profile, look for the redeem option with the gift icon. It opens a small window, not a new screen.
The option only appears if you have never redeemed a code. Once you have, it disappears — that is correct, not a fault.
Type the code
Codes look like DAVI-XXXXX. Lower case is fine, it is sent in capitals either way, but the button stays disabled until the code starts with DAVI-.
Redeem
A valid code shows a success message, closes the window, and the redeem option disappears from your profile.
A rejected code tells you why — it does not exist, it is your own, or you are already a customer — and the window stays open so you can try another.
Wait for the reward to convert
When someone signs up with your code you get a notification, but no coins yet. The counter and the coins move when that person completes their first service at the business.
Only their first service counts. A second booking by the same person at the same business earns nothing more.
